CD WEBB Support Solutions is a group of  experienced, independent support professionals committed to building NEW  Support Solutions that work for everyone! 

We work when you need us – On-site in Central New Jersey or Virtually Anywhere!

CD Webb Support Solutions only works with support professionals within the United States.  We do not outsource work overseas.

We Work In The Cloud – Which means we use applications and tools that are accessible via a web browser, smart phone or other internet accessible device for sharing information with you.

You always have access to your documents, projects, photos…so, even if you are in France, you can upload your photos we will have them almost instantly and you won’t have to worry about the size since you don’t have to email them!

We can work with any sharing application you now use such as, Evernote, Google Drive, Dropbox or…something else? Never a problem, we can use that too!

Have no idea what I am talking about? No worries, we make it simple!

Normal Business Hours:  Our office in Hillsborough, New Jersey is open

*8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday (Eastern US Time Zone).  You can expect a response to your phone call or email during business hours. Inquiries after 4 p.m. will receive a response the following business morning.

Projects that must be done at night because of down time requirements are never a problem and do not carry an additional charge.  Our (New Jersey based) technical solutions team will work around your schedule.  We provide solutions, we don’t create situations!

Phone Calls:  We are available to receive cell calls anytime during *normal business hours. If we are on-site, in a meeting or cannot answer your call, the message will go to voice mail and your call will be returned as quickly as possible!

E-Mail Requests: We respond to every email as quickly as possible.  We access and respond to all email requests every day between the hours of 10 am – and 4:00 pm Monday – Friday (Eastern Time).

*Please Note: Our Support Solution Professionals do not check or respond to outside messages during the hours they are working on-site or virtually for you. You deserve and pay for our undivided attention!

Project Updates: We provide project updates as required for our clients. Updates are usually shared on an on-going basis in the cloud. We post time tracking reports at the end of each week for every client. However, if you require an email update, we can do that too!
